Michael was someone I looked up to as a kid-like many of us, we grew up listening to Michael Jackson.He Pretty much pioneered the was Music is for us today. He had a gift from God. and reached out to so many and changed so many people lives. it would be denying saying that he hasnt touched us all at some stage in our life. he was and will continue to be the King of Pop. and he will continue to live on thru his AMAZING music. im also going to go out on a limb and say that (even tho i dont think its stating the obvious :-) ) MJ's music will continue to keep touching peoples hearts and lives and changing people for the better. I grew up with his music : my firt "rock" was Beat it, my firt "horror movie" Trhiller (i was 4) ; i used to listen "BAD" album again and again when i was a teen, the first CD i bought was "Dangerous"... I didn't realise how much his music has been important in my life untill i knew he was gone. So sad these days ! Thanks for everything, a part of my youth is gone with you. Sabine from France.

I only wish that people could have shown him how much they love him before he went away. What would have happened if all of this support came to him in his dark hours and he saw how much people believe in him and love him? I listened to his music today, and I thought I was now dealing with his untimely death. But when I heard his voice, I could only cry. A lot of people wouldn't even know a fraction of his story before this. It's ironic how he was planing for a comeback, and he did. By dying he has been introduced to a whole new generation that didn't even know anything about him besides his court life and that he hung 'blanket' out a window. All this generation knew was the pale-faced 40-50 year-old man who hadn't had a hit in years. In a way, dying has helped the whole world come to know a little more about Michael Jackson, his music, his legacy, and his life. R.I.P.
